Ingredients

Muesli

  • 4 drops Sugar Free Sweet drops
  • 1 tbs Sugar Free Diet Sugar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil optional
  • 2 cups instant oats.
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds or nuts of your choice
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup mixed sundried raisins and cherries

Cooking tips

  • For best results and a softer texture, whip the cream well. Add Sugar Free Natura Sweet Drops for sweetness and negligible calories.

Preparation

Step 1
  • Roasting in sauce pan
  • Combine all ingredients together in saucepan and roast for 15-20 minutes until golden and roasted. Easy like that
Step 2
  • Roasting in oven
  • Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a large, deep baking dish with baking paper.
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Spread mixture evenly over base of dish.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, or until golden and toasted. Set aside to cool completely (muesli will form crisp clusters on cooling). Crumble muesli into an airtight container until ready to serve.
Apricots
  • 3-4 fresh apricots
  • 2 tbs Sugar Free Diet Sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2-3 star anees
  • 1/2 vanilla essence
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Cook on medium heat for 15 – 20 minutes. Set aside to cool.
